I would do what Epi said especially cleaning it first! Use motor oil on a Q-tip to lube the moving parts. Pedal matience is pretty easy to keep up with and it makes a world of difference.

I keep thinking im going to sneeze but I dont, its really annoying.

I hate that. Almost as much as i hate it when you're in a noisy room and yell something that only one persons supposed to hear (e.g. at a gig i yelled to my mate ste, "this bands a bit sh[I]i[/I]t" of course they finished the song just before i yelled it so everyone heard) and everything goes silent as you yell it.
