Nah, YSI is good for me to download, I just can't upload for some reason. Whatever works for you is cool with me.

I look forward to hearing this, heh. BNL have never really done any "dark" songs, so it'll be interesting to hear, for sure.

gmoneyguy 03-09-2006 10:13 PM

I just got back from seeing Marislov Jancor's guitar quartet. They where amazing. One the guitarist made her guitar sound like a snare drum.

How's it been going with your girl, ICB? I kind of fell off the radar a bit when that was going down, forgive me if I'm salting a wound that I didn't know about. I was just concerned for you at the time, so I'm asking rather late how things are going now.

And I don't think being you would be such a bad thing. You and I are old buddies from back when you were InColdBlood. :thumb:
Hey Jom, can you explain to me what fruity loops is, what it does, and how its used?
It's basically a drum machine, sequencer, and all this other stuff rolled into one. It's supposedly ideal for making trance, house, and techno.

In the R&M Competition thread, there is a brief tutorial by comptonassrobert. He explains it rather well.

The whole music department is prett classy. They have some wonderful teachers, jazz bands, percussion ensembles, midi labs...

Truthfully, it's best to visit for yourself and see what you think personally.

I think I may, because I have a year left down here, and I love it over on the east coast. I have also been eyeing UCLA and William Carey.

I've noticed that people who dont bother to study the genre often say this.

True. I understand why people say it, but it's quite silly.

God that's annoying. This is the Age of Information, there really is no excuse for ignorance.

I'm gonna skip class right now. I need to finish packing up, shower, and get ready for my meeting with another professor.

My brother's one friend was like, "There's nothing beyond metal, it's all metal," and I was like, "Ao your saying this, :plays Animostiy:, is the same as this :plays Lamented Souls:," and he was like, "Well yeah, it's all metal isn't it?" At that point I decided it best to stop argueing and leave Lamented Souls on because Stoner Metal is good in a party situation, and let me tell you, Mario 3 Battle Mode is the very best drinking game on this planet.

Well, you know what tyeh say; ignorance is a bliss.
and it's contains some truth.

I'm pretty openminded towards music, and I understand that each nmusic genre has lots of subgenres, and I can't look at an entire genre like it's all the same, and hate it, because it's all the same (like hearing one rap song you don't like, thus hating the entire genre, for example)

But there just are a few genres I don't like, and my stance towards them is very ignorant, even though I admitt there is more to it, than I'dd like to admit there is.

hello to awesome techno
