I would just try and take it in good humor, it's pretty harmless as far as I can see. I could start banning merely for bringing it up but it seems a little heavy handed.

But how do you get the Avatar by your name when you make posts on the forums or when you leave comments on music reviews?

Click on User CP up the top of the screen, the option to edit your avatar should be on the left hand panel.

If you didn't register properly through the email that was sent after you sign up it won't be there.

One more quick question, if I may:

I see that the Avatar upload-size is only set at 100 x 100. So I'm not able to upload any picture over that size. But I see many people with fairly larger sizes than the default 100 x 100. How can I go about submitting a larger sized picture for the Avatar?

Moderators have a larger avatar size limit, as for common users sporting big avatars our forum Admin has probably given it to them for one reason or another as he is the only one who can do that.
