I remember Funebrarum being quite good.

Unholy Cult is crushing, maybe even better than CTAWB, though Dawn of Possession is there best.

I already had CTAWB, and now I've listened to Failures for Gods and Dawn of Possession, neither of them have surpassed CTAWB and FFG stuck out more than DoP, but they're both really good.

I should give Close To A World Below some more listens I guess.

But Failures For Gods has def been my favorite by them for the past 3 or 4 years.

I can see why you like it, it doesn't drop off at any point.

Ross' vocals are at the top of his game on that album too, imo.

I think the production on CTAWB is pretty much flawless, they really pull off the really brutal yet oddly melodic sound with lots of dissonance that they're known for and it just meshes perfectly tbh.

I like how raw and dirty FFG sounds, just my two cents.

New CC isn't that bad...I know some people don't like CC but you can almost always count on a solid release from these guys...along with Bolt Thrower and Immolation there's not a lot of other death metal bands you can say that about.

I've heard the first two, TGTNW and several other songs scattered through out other albums but I only listen to the first two.

Extremely surprised you don't like LEFS though, especially the first song Override the Overture.
