Good to see some more VU fans. My favorite song by them would have to be I'm Waiting For My Man.
On the topic of the White Album, I actually think Disc 1 of that is the single best CD of music that The Beatles ever recorded...I was listening to it the other day, and I realised that there are so many truly classic songs on it, that it even beats Revolver. And I bought Magical Mystery Tour the other day as well. And everyone listen to more by The Kinks, plz.
Hmm....if it beats Revolver, Ill defintely try to pick it up....and yes, the Kinks are great.

*puts on Waterloo Sunset  *

O0o you sly dog. I would say Sgt. Peppers becuase The first disk of the white album was the first Beatles album I got my hands on, and I didn't listen to anything on it after "The Continuing Story of Bungalo Bill", and remained in a top 40 hellpit until I disocvered Sgt. Peppers which pulled me back over the edge. Ah. Personal Music history

I have since then, but I was such an unwise 10 year old. I probably would have loved Piggies, but I had a short attention span, you see :upset:

Tull's made some good music. I have Aqualung, Stand Up, and War Child. Aqualung and Stand Up are both incredible albums, but I was kinda disappointed with War Child. Too poppy, IMO.

Woodstock 02-20-2005 02:08 PM

I'm celebrating Black History Month. Listening to Stevie Wonder, then some Hendrix.

Pssh. Yea right. I couldn't find a tab yet, and if I have to figure it out on my own, it might take longer. I'm just listening to him :p

And this Hendrix song is tough too. At least by following the tab. Lots of unecessary stuff.
