Little Man being Erased 03-19-2006 06:25 PM
The Arena. I've actually never been there. I'm pretty definite that I'll go now. It'll probably the only chance I get for a while to see a band with my a lot of friends. I finally get to see your brother's band in the holidays with Go Stop Stop too. :)
Nice. I probably won't get to see them again for quite a while. Stupid not-living-in-Brisbane-anymore thing.

Yesterday I saw A History of Violence. I thought it was pretty good, 3.5/5. Last night I watched Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. It was fucking great. 4.5/5. Anyone else seen it?

Zmev 03-19-2006 06:31 PM

[Liam]'s a whore.

The ending was so good.
The ending was so good.
Yes, it sure was. William Hurt was awesome in the short amount of time he had on screen.

I passed up the opportunity to see A History of Violence yesterday, but Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is a very enjoyable film.

Sup thread. Seeing dredg April 22 sorry if they're not indie enough. But first I have to write a short story psychological thriller. I call it Psycho Thriller.

Little Man being Erased 03-19-2006 07:11 PM

^ You should call it Psycho Killer.

StaticSynth 03-19-2006 07:59 PM
^ You should call it Psycho Killer.
Heh, that's exactly what I was thinking.

italic zero 03-19-2006 08:30 PM

That was the point. Psycho Killer would be too far.

Little Man being Erased 03-19-2006 08:38 PM

No!

italic zero 03-19-2006 09:16 PM

Yeah, so I thought Zmev was joking. And then I looked and this'll be my 906th. Sick.

biografiend 03-19-2006 10:18 PM

Right next to where it says who last posted, it should say a number. Just click on that.

Luxor 03-19-2006 10:43 PM

A nice clean 800 for myself

Little Man being Erased 03-19-2006 10:58 PM

Kyle 03-20-2006 03:26 AM

Technically I'm ahead of 6stringer, my second account has 3 posts in this thread! I seriously didn't think I'd be anywhere near the 200 mark, it'skinda depressing...

Zmev 03-20-2006 03:29 AM

I think its more depressing that I'm listening to Nightwish and enjoying it.

Kyle 03-20-2006 03:52 AM
I think its more depressing that I'm listening to Nightwish and enjoying it.
I have Nightwish on my Ipod, they are quite cool in moderation..

spelling mistake noted, btw.

br3ad_man 03-20-2006 04:08 AM

It's funny how Iai beats Wanker (notorious 'spam****') and everyone else but still hasn't posted in here in ages.

Kyle 03-20-2006 04:27 AM

haha, I knew JonM would be on top of the 'What I'm listening to now' thread.

br3ad_man 03-20-2006 06:46 AM

I just heard the Fall Out Boy cover of "Love Will Tear Us Apart". I think I'm going to be sick.

sweboy 03-20-2006 07:40 AM

445 posts for the win. That's the number of the beast if I'm not mistaken.

ATM 03-20-2006 10:19 AM

I'm downloading some Against Me! bootleg. I've never heard them before.

JonM 03-20-2006 11:26 AM
I did mushrooms this weekend. It was interesting to say the least.
So did I! I thought it was profoundly wonderful.

Wanker 03-20-2006 11:59 AM

Down with shrooms, up with reefer!

Well, not really up with reefer. Let's keep it on the same level.

If you like good music you'll like Against Me.

That's me. Spamming and whoring, constantly.

I didn't know I was notorious for it though. Hm.

I liked the time that I had, too. I was really nervous that I would end up having a bad trip, but I did it with a few good friends and cleared my mind of everything beforehand, so it turned out really well. We basically hung out in the park and walked around in the sunshine, and played some nintendo and listened to music. I only got scared when I went on a merrygoround and we went into the woods, which were dark and scary.
I might be trying it this weekend.
I was amazed how something could alter your view of "reality" so much. I There was a point where I thought I had to pee, and I knew that there were things I had to do and I didn't have to do to go pee, but I didnt really know what they were. And everything was so pretty and sounded amazing. And I couldnt ever remember what being "sober" was like. I remember thinking 'this is how its always been, and I've never realized it, and its always going to be this way, and I dont know if I'm okay with it". It definitely made me more appreciative of alot of things though, and I'm glad I did it, at least for the experience.

p.s. Bill Cosby: I am going to over take you in posts. There is no hiding.
