Mathcore(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mathcore) is a sub genrish of metalcore, infusing the erratic time signatures from Math-Rock (Don Cab, LITE, Slint, Tera Melos, etc.) into metalcore.

But basically it is just "technical metalcore" in a somewhat similar vein of technical death metal.

So instead of JUN JUN JUN JUN, it's JUNJUN JUJUJUN JUN JUN JUNUJUNUJNUJN JUN.
