I haven't had the opportunity to listen to all repeatedly but they're all pretty decent so far, Demigod probably being the weakest but still very enjoyable.

ok Obscura is absolute garbage and the worst excuse for death metal I have heard for quite some time. However Considered Dead and Erosion of Sanity are nice.

^^^ Yeah, those albums are good now but they defintely were growers on me. at first they were one of those few bands were I wasn't sure what I thought.

You know what? I have never understood this Jazz/DM concept. I mean I have Unquestionable Presents :p (its like Christmas DM haha :upset: sorry) and Focus but they just sound Jazz influence hardly JAZZ! METAL!.

Whenever I see Demigod my mind goes to the band and not Behemoth's album. >-> Nice picks, except for the behemoth, I really can't stand them.

I really can't take Arsis at all; [I]Oh, the humanity[/I] is decent but everything else they do is just so boring. The elements and influences are there for a good band but they just miss the target so badly :(

pyrexia is slamriffin' wiggercore, but those other two bands you mentioned are great (actually only Human Waste and Effigy of the Forgotten for suffo).

Breeding the Spawn was ok, the production really bugged me though.

listen to Liege of Inveracity on Effigy of the Forgotten; at about 2:50 or so (if I remember) it includes perhaps the first ever wigger slam riff. However I still hail the album becuase it is 95% good riffs and ideas.

I havent listened to Suffocation in absolutely ages no I think of it, infact, I never heard their last couple of albums [Souls to Deny and S/T?]
