Hopefully the second stage can keep up with the main stage.

**** five hours...

Chu 04-06-2005 03:15 AM

I had a dream last night, it was kinda weird.
What do you guys think about Portnoy and Petrucci alongside Mustaine, could it work?

Mazeppa 04-06-2005 04:53 AM

That would be interesting, it could work I think.

planet_caravan 04-06-2005 05:51 AM

This Is Unrelated...i Am F*ckin Cut About Dimebag

Mazeppa 04-06-2005 07:12 AM

123^^

Deth 04-06-2005 07:30 AM

I think the tour looks awesome, and the only band I don't like on it is Fear Factory.

btoto 04-06-2005 12:57 PM

Those who were going to download Italy 1992 concert from Limewire. I finished it a few days ago. It's not worth downloading. It's a good concert....but uhh

Setlist:
-------

1. Holy Wars
2. Skin 'o My Teeth
3. Hangar 18
4. Lucretia
5. Sweating Bullets
6. Foreclosure Of A Dream
7. In My Darkest Hour
8. Peace Sells-Conjuring-Wake Up Dead-Peace Sells medley

Deth 04-06-2005 07:21 PM

What's the problem then? The setlist looks good.

Sandtrap 04-06-2005 07:28 PM

they should paly mechanix the old way

planet_caravan 04-07-2005 01:15 AM

Apocalyptic Raids 04-07-2005 02:52 AM

and myung finger picking songs like holy wars with ease - john myung is a mad man on the bass :chug: the way he can keep up with petrucci and rudess' insaly quick passages with his fingers...... :amaze:

Chu 04-07-2005 07:09 AM

It could be kinda cool.

What? That setlist is perfect except...maybe Foreclosure, even then, a great song...

btoto 04-07-2005 01:06 PM

Well, maybe the setlist is perfect you but I kind of didn't like it.

MAthiAS 04-07-2005 01:56 PM

Take out Lucretia and throw in Tornado of Souls and its perfect. Maybe ditch Sweating Bullets for Ashes or something from KIMB.

VicRattlehead99 04-07-2005 01:56 PM

Hey

Hey What is goin on i always looked up metal tabs at mxtabs but didnt know you could join and i found out about it only a whle ago so i am new whats up?

VicRattlehead99 04-07-2005 01:58 PM

I agree

yeah take out luctria and put tornado or ashes like you said.

IAJP 04-07-2005 02:06 PM
Take out Lucretia and throw in Tornado of Souls and its perfect. Maybe ditch Sweating Bullets for Ashes or something from KIMB.
I agree with that actually, the end solo of Tornado live would be perfect, also, if R.I.P was on that list I'd shriek!

flamesofbodom 04-07-2005 03:17 PM

Id rather have tornado of souls than RIP

IAJP 04-07-2005 03:23 PM

haha!
I was JUUUUUST about to answer to the same post in another thread!
Oh well, it's all down to opinion, but the drumming in R.I.P is the best piece of Metal drumming ever, so it synches it, both good though.

Lord Abortion 04-07-2005 03:28 PM

rip=best

Lord Abortion 04-07-2005 03:31 PM

I would sub forclosure for tornado of souls and IMDA for rust in peace or countdown to extinction
lucretia rules!

IAJP 04-07-2005 03:32 PM

The drum intro is mind blowing, and then there's the guitar which joins it playing the same rhythm paterns.
Sheer mind blowing...

Lord Abortion 04-07-2005 03:34 PM

nice amarant -related avatar...

and I fully agree

IAJP 04-07-2005 03:38 PM

If I could rep you, believe me, I would!
But yeah, I've been listening to a lot of Cryptic Writings lately...it's underated...

Mazeppa 04-07-2005 03:54 PM

Has anyone here listened to MD. 45? Is it any good?

paco999 04-07-2005 06:23 PM

Yea but not all of it, its ok tho. I liked Hell's Motel

Deth 04-07-2005 06:42 PM

I would have them play RIP in it's entirety and then close with Mechanix, In My Darkest Hour, Skin 'O My Teeth, My Last Words and Good Mourning/Black Friday.

Perfect.

metaholicman 04-07-2005 06:45 PM

that would be sweet but would also like to hear 99 ways to die

RiceMonster 04-07-2005 06:52 PM
that would be sweet but would also like to hear 99 ways to die
Yeah, I was really hoping they'd play that when I saw them, but they didn't. It was still an amazing show though.

wrongnote85 04-08-2005 01:03 AM

i'd want to hear skull beneath the skin and the conjuring without a doubt. last rites/loved to death would be at the top of the list though.

Po0sH 04-08-2005 01:15 AM

I would love to hear Looking down the cross. Anyone have a live bootleg vid of that?

Deth 04-08-2005 07:54 AM

I don't like the Conjuring that much. I don't dislike it, but it's nowhere near my favorite on the album.

Mazeppa 04-08-2005 12:22 PM

I love The Conjuring, it's one of my favourite songs of that album.

IAJP 04-08-2005 12:27 PM

The best part about that album is the three song playoff:
Wake Up Dead, Peace Sells and The Conjuring.
/Listens now.

Mazeppa 04-08-2005 12:33 PM

It is an excellent album.

IAJP 04-08-2005 12:35 PM

I'm still attached to R.I.P, but PS...BWB? is slowly creeping up there :p

Deth 04-08-2005 12:55 PM

My favorite off PS:
3) Peace Sells
2) Good Mourning/Black Friday
3) My Last Words

Still can't touch Rust In Peace.

IAJP 04-08-2005 01:18 PM

I'm listening to Black Friday now, it's ridiculous, such a damn good song!
