What's it like? Bartender loves it but everyone else I've talked to hates it.
I really like it. It contains some gloriously happy pop moments. I just hope Ginger doesn't take too much of this to the new Wildhearts effort.

Manic Street Preachers - Generation Terrorists £5.00
Air -Talkie Walkie £5.00

I love Fopp :)

munky_magik 02-02-2007 02:03 PM

I like what I've heard of it, but that's only been a few songs. It appears to be a good buy though.
I'm hopeful for the new album. I suppose any Wildhearts is better than none.
My HMV's in Manchester have it. Though somebody had covered it with an Atreyu album. Which I moved.
Yeah, same here. I'm not listening to Ginger to hear the Wildhearts, though.
True.

Sort of on-topic: Have you heard the God Damn Whores yet? I've heard they're supposed to be really good and it is a Jon Poole project so it most likely is. I'm wondering whether to buy it, though. Only £8.00 from amazon.

Bartender 02-04-2007 07:30 AM

I heard the track they had up on myspace a while ago ("We're the New Gods", I think), and I'm pretty sure it was good. I don't have the album yet though, no. Apparently the Japanese version has three worthwhile bonus tracks.
