Megadeth is one of the best bands ever

Rust In Peace is definitly awesome. I've been liking Take No Prisoners more lately.

Never seen SKOM, I wanted to rent it but I couldn't find it, and I'm not going to buy it because I really only care about the part with Dave.

To me My Creation is overly cheesy and a waste of time, and the demos don't do anything for me, so when the original albums over, I skip the bonuses and go straight back into Holy Wars.

Same as me, I was a bit disaapoint though, the part with Dave is kinda short.
Unless on the extras disc there's more to the meeting...

Thet's same as me, I just love that song for some reason, but the whole album is equally amazing in my opinion, I'm just going through a stage where I listen to that song alot.

skom is a great movie though, it really shows the fall and rise of a great band

Yeah, I same with me. I would have to say that overall (like somebody else mentioned) Five Magics is definitly my favorite song off of the CD, although it has switched back and forth a bunch of times...

My favs off RiP fluctuate between Lucretia, Hangar, Tornado and Holy Wars. :x

IMO the whole of RIP is great, it got delivered today which was good considering i only ordered it on wednesday or thursday. its the remastered one, with the bonus tracks, inc. the demos of holy wars, take no prisoners and rust in peace

there was a metallica and deth tour a while ago well i think it was jsut a concert but it ended up ****e cos etallica decided to put lines of sugar out and pretend its cocaine to annoy dave

On every Megadeth page I've ever been too people constatly praise Marty Friedman. Now don't get me wrong, Marty is very good at constructing very good and very musical solos, but I just think that poland is the ****. Check out his main solo in "Rattlehead" on KIMB, especially over the D G# C D G# chord progression. Discuss...

Yes, he is my fav 'deth guitar player and still after so many years he shows that he's as good (or even better) as before on TSHF. His new solos are great.

Chris is **** good IMO, you guys should check out his solo stuff

I'm listening to "Almost Honest" now, it's true that this isn't as heavy as some of the early Megadeth stuff, but lyrically and musically, it's superb.

Is of mice and men a very early megadeth song or a recent one? I think the guitar chords are used in such an awesome way!

In terms of songwriting, I think it's Megadeth's best.
