I heard from a friend that the new Opeth album is good, and he has a very good musical sense.

I dunno, they seem to have got progressivly worse. I have all the albums (6 months ago i would have been in your fanboy crew :P) but i just dont see why they did what they did on Hate Crew. Some of the songs are great (Better Of Dead, Bodom Beach Terror), but alot are very boring.
