That sucks, usually they show crapy 80's videos but every once in awhile they show something really awesome like this.

Yea I've seen it at my friends house. Most of the 80's stuff sucks, but occasionally we'll catch some Sabbath or somethin.

Yea, one time they showed Van Morrison, The Doobie Brothers, and Peter Frampton in a row which was cool.

Agh, hate VH1 Classic Rock. All that was on was Poisan and 80s ****.

Before this 'comeback', I told people that I liked classic rock, and they'd think 80s. Whatever.

The concert was 3 hours long. I only caught the last half and it was awesome.

Both original drummers are with the band, but they have a new percussion guy.

Ive been waiting forever to actually OWN tommy, so i got it for 20 bucks. I was sort of bummed because the album art was different and there was only one disc instead of 2, but whatever. I cant wait to listen to SFOS though, ill probably listen to it 200 times tomorrow

I hate FYE, they're so over priced. I usually buy used at places like CD Warehouse, sometimes you can get 3 CD's there for the price of one at FYE.

Theres this place where I live called Half Price Books. They sell CDs and old records. CDs are usually 3$ or 4$ and you can get amazing records for as little as 50 cents.

SFOS is so good. A friend of mine showed me Live in Pompeii , and I was blown away.

I got that for xmas, and it wasnt anything i expected from floyd. I orginally thought it was like, a live concert (hence the DVD name), but it wasnt that, but it wasnt like a biography either...it was an "idea", like the movie said. I totally changed my ways of looking at floyd, and this was all before DSOTM took off.
