I didn't know Nightwish was considered powere metal. Nightwish is freaking awesome, I do need to check out some Iced Earth.

Check out Sonata Arctica, Iced Earth, Stratovarius, Nightwish, Symphony X (more prog, but similar to power metal also), Dragonforce, Helloween, Hibria and Hammerfall.

Brian, while you are at it, check out 3 Inches of Blood and Jag Panzer.

I already have some 3 inches of blood and jag panzer, but I'll give them a closer listen. I geuss I have more power metal then I realized.

The first time I heard Hibria I thought they were pretty original (compared to most PM) and very good. I listened to them the other day and thought they were neither of those :confused:

Oh ok. I went on the site like yesterday, but it had been a shiwl I hadn't gone on it. There are 2 band sites I go on very frequently though. Very easy to guess.
