I remember the first emo band I really got into was The Assistant. They rule.

Indian Summer was the first emo band I [I]really[/I] got into. Then I Hate Myself.

Mine was CTTS when Nick did the review and everyone crazed over them on this site.

I can see their next album being a huge step back from As The Roots Undo

I checked out Kidcrash and didn't like them at all. I'M NOT FEELIN' IT.

i kind of sw it coming though, they just couldnt let him get off with what hes doing.

he doesn't actually, the finale is pretty disappointing in terms of wrapping up the story like i hoped.

still, better than anything else i've seen on tv in a long time.

Well Ill go with the same argument I used to everyone complaining about the Sopranos finale: you cant praise the show for realism and then attack it because it doesnt wrap it up nice and tight with a bow on top, real life has a million loose ends.
