The election will prolly be undecisive and there will be no clear majority then the house of representatives will choose the president and the house of representatives is primarily republican and will choose Bush, but the senate chooses the vice president in this scenario and the senate is more democrat than republican (by like 3 guys or something).

Speaking of America's crappy voting system, last year in AP European History, my teacher was talking to us about proportional representation. I can't explain it, but it sounds so much better than the thing we have now. MUCH more democratic.
