are you sure hes talking about that?

haha, isnt that one post ironic? How hes ranting about how threads go off topic and he himself is talking off topic?

haha

Me?

Super Nintendo 05-11-2006 08:35 PM

what is TDMX?

MRDuCran 05-12-2006 05:31 AM

TDMX is a forum run by "I'm Charming".

I can play the intro to Downfall on keyboard. :)

I know it's not hard but it sounds awesome, especially when you use the same sound as Janne.

Apocalyptic Raids 05-12-2006 05:45 AM

That would be cool to play, shame I don't have a keyboard :(

I do know the Phobophile intro in Piano though :D

MRDuCran 05-12-2006 07:11 AM

I would record it, but the keyboard I learnt it on is the one at college, and the one I have here is about as long as my forearm, and the black keys are hard to press, I wouldn't be able to keep time when I hit the Eb's and Bb's. Grr.

kurrpt 05-12-2006 07:14 AM

DuCran, i have a dilemma...

the C7 hellraiser came in the mail yesterday, but i ordered for my friend, as payment. The problem is, im liking it MORE than the ESP SRC model which is like 200 some bucks more. Im thinking about just keep the C7 :upset:

Ohhhhh

I want to learn that. :)

Apocalyptic Raids 05-12-2006 08:47 AM

It's not that hard.

Sleepy 05-12-2006 09:03 AM
It's not that hard.
Even if you're absolutely awful at anything that involves keys?

Apocalyptic Raids 05-12-2006 09:14 AM

How awful?

Sleepy 05-12-2006 09:15 AM

Quite awful. I have a tendency to slam the keys down with my left hand and not my right, since I'm so used to bass. I really should practice piano more, though - it'd do me good.

Apocalyptic Raids 05-12-2006 09:17 AM

Well I did Keyboard as a subject at school a couple of years back, so I have some basic abilities. You should give it a try anyway, it sounds cool.

I know I would,
A. give it to him,Lose the guitar and never own it

B. Buy your own model

C. Give him your old axe and keep the C-7

I'd pick C:)

MRDuCran 05-12-2006 10:42 AM

C sounds like a good choice, but it depends how your friend reacts. If he wants his guitar then you should give it, I wouldn't say it's worth loosing a friend over.

Crysiss 05-12-2006 10:44 AM

also a good idea, I know my friend wouldnt want my old guitar while I have a new one, I would try to negotiate terms, Maybe throw in a pedal and seal the deal:)

MRDuCran 05-12-2006 10:46 AM

Yeah I was going to say something about negotiating, give him the "puppy dog" eyes too. :thumb:

aria888 05-12-2006 10:47 AM

mdrucan y do u think i suck at guitar just curious

Crysiss 05-12-2006 10:49 AM

most likely you do:D
mdrucan y do u think i suck at guitar just curious
I've never even heard you play, but I've heard some good things about you.
My guess is, you're bored and felt like coming in here, and you're probably also really good.

the ESP is worth more, but yea, if hes that hell bent on it, i wont stop him. Ill try to be persuasive of course

MRDuCran 05-12-2006 01:18 PM

So, has he decided he wants a new guitar, ordered that guitar, to your house, and expects you to bring it round to him when you get it??

If that's the situation, it'd be suprising if he let you keep it.

I see you got the name change also.

Squirrel 05-12-2006 01:24 PM

You really couldn't be any further from the truth.

no no...

i owed him money, and he wanted payment, and wanted a guitar instead of money

MRDuCran 05-12-2006 02:11 PM

Ohhh. Well in that case keep the guitar, save up again and get him another one, that's probably what I'd do, considering you like it more.

kurrpt 05-12-2006 02:13 PM

i think i might just see about selling the ESP, getting a used C7, and pocketing the rest of the money...

My PRS still pwns, so i got that going for me

repcak 05-12-2006 02:17 PM

keep the guitar

kurrpt 05-12-2006 02:18 PM

i really really really want to, but i dont think i would do that to anyone, ever.

Even if i was in the "right" about it, I still dont think i could do it

Anyway, I'm currently leaning Frederick Chopin - Funeral March and some random Bodom licks on Keyboard.

I love Chopin. Right now I'm learning Ballad in G minor on piano. That song is a beast.
