Supposedly, the diabolus in musica is supposed to be a reference to the 5th interval. Which Slayer used in nearly every song. Kerry has referred to it as the "devil's scale". You guys all know the scale. The intro to[I] Raining Blood[/I], [I]Dead Skin Mask[/I], [I]South of Heaven[/I],[I] At Dawn They Sleep[/I], and [I]Read Between the Lies [/I]are all perfect examples of their constant usage of it. Which isn't bad, it adds more to the song.

That's actually the flatted 5th (or augmented 4th depending on how you look at it. They both the same note.)

Seasons in the Abyss.... Definately the Best Slayer Album! I think it beats Reign in Blood any day.... Spirit in Black is SUCH an Intense song! It wows me every time!

No it's just like war at warfeild, that songs they play is just basicley the reign in blood set list, then a few extra songs on it off some other albums like seasons and hell awaits, their is like a 20 minute interview with them on it though.

Is it worth buying? I've seen it and saw that it was only $13 USD. I really wanted it but I bought my CC live cannibalism cd instead.

I thought that maybe it wasn't all of that great of a dvd if it was only that price but now......I dunno........

oh yea it's worth it, you can see Jeff solo up close and its amazing, and you get to soo Dave hold that double-bass, for like 5 seconds during angel of death, and they sound GREAT live.
