*slips in vomit.

Ewww, it's all over my hands.

But really what about a stick? You talking about a Chapman Stick?

JoeDaddio 07-31-2004 01:16 AM

Yeah. I look at a Stick (as well as a bass with more than 6 strings) as one of those 19 year old kids' F-350's that have been lifted to some absurd height to where you need a friggin rope ladder to get in, but the truck still has no more clearance than it did when it was stock. Little bastards.

Crapdragoon 07-31-2004 01:19 AM

rofl, that makes no sense :p but yeah i know what your talking about, thoses f350s with like 900 inch lifts, and 230 inch tires i always wonder how they get out :p

Hey, I've been there. Are you talking about that hotel where you have to pay just to get inside it?
Hey, I've been there. Are you talking about that hotel where you have to pay just to get inside it?
Yep, Burj Al Arab, looking at it now :thumb: Where do you live?? Are you the guy in Lebanon??

Kandyman 07-31-2004 01:50 AM

No I actually live in California. I just visited there for a while. I loved it and would go back any day.

RaDiOhEaD_fAn 07-31-2004 01:55 AM
No I actually live in California. I just visited there for a while. I loved it and would go back any day.
Yeah it's great. It's 44 degrees celsius now so I'm not loving it as much  But apart from the summer it's great, as you will know.

Nice to see an American (I assume you are?) taking an interest in Dubai. Usually, no offence, Americans seem to think I'm having grenades thrown into my window and bombs going off every few minutes :amaze: It being in the Middle East and all

It's unfortunate how many Americans are truly ignorant of how things really are in the world. I want to just walk arond smacking people with encyclopedias sometimes

JoeDaddio 07-31-2004 01:57 AM

^ Blame Rupert Murdoch.

Hey Dan what do you do? You joined MX while deployed too, thats what I did.
crapdragon: no, I couldnt bring any of my basses... we can only take so many bags with us, and I didnt have the room... it sucks... the dust and stuff probably wouldve screwed it up anyway... Id rather keep my babies clean....

kandyma: Im a radio troop... we fix everything here though, if its got electricity going through it, we work on it... yeah, I needed another bulletin board to waste time on, so I found this one, and its pretty **** cool. Its so boring here, except when people shoot rockets at the base, that kinda sucks, but it breaks the monotony. word.
^ Blame Rupert Murdoch.

joe
Yeah he needs to get the blame for eveything :D He ruined football (the real one, not the one where a bunch of guys get padded up head to toe and run into each other) with all his money.

Speaking of which, I hope all you Americans are making an attempt to get to some of the football matches being played over there at the moment. See the likes of Liverpool, AC Milan, Porto and the scum (Man Utd). :thumb: :naughty:

I've always wanted a stalker. Hey, CrapDragoon... you wouldn't happen to look like Drew Berrymore from a few years ago before she lost all that weight, would you? Because that would be hot.
