Mods used to be able to give big avas but they can't anymore only admins can and ours don't log in so...

why do mods even ban anymore? i mean this forum really doesnt have any mods and the only time they ever show up is to ban every user they see.

It's not RM mods who really ban it's other ones who catch them doing something horrible like making a black joke, which really doesn't happen much at all anymore.

Like Ron was banned for making a black joke in the Anal C[B]u[/B]nt Michael Jackson thread when many other users were and weren't banned, it's stupid.

As I see it, it's not so much the word, it's the fact that juvenile children like 1338 took relatively inconsequential epithets and turned them into bad jokes, then proceeded to run those bad jokes into the ground. I'm not excusing the meaning of the words, but I definitely think the enforcing that has come about is a result of their over-saturation more than their initial usage.
