Work was boring and I bought Bone Machine today. Yeah.

I found an old mic in my closet today, so I decided to record some random stuff on my computer. So I'm going to record a bunch of punk songs except slower and acoustic. I'm using an acoustic guitar, bass, a djembe, and I'm trying to sing. So far I've recorded Black Flag - "Wasted" and Bad Brains - "Attitude" and they both suck, but it's fun and ridiculously easy.

I'll have to politely disagree with most of your sentiments. Well written review, but I see the record in a very different way. I don't think they need the grandeur of long tracks to build momentum. This record produces their trademark effect (and affect in this case) on a smaller scale. I think it's a very advanced record for them. I mostly just hope it doesn't become underrated and somewhat ignored.
