I like loveless not necessarily because every song is fantastic, but more just it's particular, very unique sound. I've never heard another record like it. It's not one I listen to every day, either, but more one that I put on on a less frequent, but regular, basis.

I think I still like Ride more, though.

To hear knows when made me turn of the record when i first heard it but its like my fave song on their now. Thought it was to bizarre to listen to but like drums not dead it also made me come back to it and enjoy it.

i think Slowdive would have been a better name for MBV, they are the shoegaze band whose sound epitomizes the word "slowdive"

Nowhere and Going Blank Again are both great, along with the Grasshopper EP, which is probably one of the most overlooked EP's in history. Even Smile has it's moments.

i don't know most of the song names but loveless is great. there's only shallow, loomer... when you sleep is in there somewhere. then you get to the end track, soon.
