yeah I keep averaging around 105-110 kilos. my ideal body weight for my height is supposed to be more like 90 but i've started to pack more muscle since i've been gym'ing it regularly, muscle weighs more than fat so I can't really judge by the scale anymore.

you've made a huge effort though you can see it, if you keep bouncing around on stage like that should get you a bit of exercise in, beer or not :p

Lost like 15 lbs and it was mostly from not eating sugar or other shit


you just have to stay disciplined on what you eat
