Those sticks grew on me.
I was just begging to develop a deep relationship with them and then they go and crack like that. God.
My other favorite Regal Tip 8A's are getting ready to kick the bucket, too.
Both sides are covered in dents from rimshots and clicks. It kind of hurts to hold them.
This is an awful day for sticks.

i have yet to break a pair of sticks. chipped, lots, but no actually cracks or anything.

in my entire time drumming I have used:
1 pair of Vic Firth SD1 General (When I started playing snare)
5 pairs of Vic Firth 5B's
2 Pairs of Vic Firth 5A's
1 Pair of Vic Firth 8DN (Love them)
and 3 pairs of Pro Mark Japanese Oak Jazz.

I love my sticks, and they love me back (by not breaking).
