Anyone heard Sikth's cover of Wrathchild? I think it's fu[SIZE="2"]c[/SIZE]king great, though i'm a bit biased as they are one of me favourite bands.

Hey, Maiden is holding strong ay #2. I just happen to like Priest more right now.

Maiden are #3 over here. A very strong 3 behind Tool and Opeth... don't start flaming me again :upset:

I was just kidding, i like priest, obviously not as much as maiden, but they're still great, better the metal of today anyway.

Ahh! I just realised Maiden aren't even #3 for me. Pain Of Salvation are ahead of them aswell... ahh that 4 sounds a lot worse than 3. Still, Maiden pwn.

I think maiden will always be hovering about the number 1 spot for me, even though a listen to other bands a lot more. ie. Sikth, Opeth, Pantera, At the Gates, Dragonforce etc.

^Yeah, I know what you mean. Even though Maiden are one of my favourite bands, I listen to lots of other bands a lot more, but Maiden's one of those bands that you can just come back to time and time again and enjoy.

Hm, Maiden are probably tied for #1 along with Pink Floyd, The Who, Deep Purple, Yes, Genesis, Dream Theater... I give up, I could never choose a favorite.

Maiden for me is after Black Sabbath, Led Zep, Pink Floyd, and a couple other bands. Not my favourite, but I still really like Maiden.

For me it will always be maiden #1. At the moment dragonforce or edguy are in second, after that i lose track.
