Groundwork is really good, too.
you also think chuck schuldiner is a better vocalist than anthony gunnells dude, your opinion just fails.
I need to clarify that I only love Schuldiner's vocals on TSOP, and yeah, on that album, he beats any vocalist I've yet heard in the metal genre, as far as harsh growls go. For one, I can understand almost everything he is saying, which for me, is very important, and he still maintains the demonic feel.

And Anthony Gunnells is not a great vocalist. Sounds like "everyone else" and is very annoying. He can't even touch Chuck.

McP3000 06-12-2008 09:51 AM

I prefer is vocals on Human and Individual Thought Patterns even though TSOP is probably their best album.

spirit....CRUSHEEEER

He definitely went higher on TSOP, which probably turns some people off. I just think he got even more demonic and focused in his vocal approach. I think I'm gonna go buy "Human" today.

RetiredAt21 06-12-2008 10:39 AM

Not metalcore. Listen to Unbroken, fags.

dinosaurxbrocore 06-12-2008 02:03 PM

proofs like what, the drummer of Underoath is better than Thomas Haake from Meshuggah?

dinosaurxbrocore 06-13-2008 01:08 AM

i never even said that, i just said aaron gilespie is a great drummer dummy

morelike, you think everbody is some stereotypical "metalhead" toolbag like yourself

statements like "i dont think theirs anybody over the age of 18 who takes underoath seriously"

yet im turning 20 in 4 months and a lot of other kids i know who are like 21-25 are hugely into underoath, and arent morons, and realize how actually good they are

same goes for norma jean, theyre bad live, but their music actually is interesting

That was a stupid statement, I must admit.

And I personally dislike most metalheads, especially the ones that yell "SLAYER" at shows where slayer isn't even there. I'm not gonna be a dick to you anymore, because I realized that we probably disagree about everything when it comes to music, and I'm not right and don't have any say over you about what's right or wrong.
