I've got snow here, too. And bitter cold temperatures. It hit -50 farneheit in Duluth, Minnesota, not counting the wind chill, and it's been that cold for a while over there.

Oh, crap. Now I have to explain Cabbage Head.

Well, back in my sophomore year of high school, I was still in that semi-identity crisis that everyone went thorugh, just a lot more privately than everybody else. My best friend Alex was the eccentric genius type, and he took his SAT's a few years early to get into this Johns Hopkins Summer Camp. While there, he took a psychology class, and one of hte things that was dealt with was how to tell if somebody was lying. The test he learned - ask them to repeat exactly what they just said how they just said it, then tell them to look you straight in the face and tell you that your head is a cabbage. This was all well and good for Alex, and me, wanting to be Alex, emulated. I asked someone to tell me what they'd just said, and then I told them to tell me my head was a cabbage.

I did this with the exact wrong person.

Robyn looked me straight in the face and told me my head was, indeed a cabbage, and called me "cabbage head" for the rest of the day. TIP: never do this to people who are or might be mentally unstable. Also, Robyn has the tendency to fixate on things. So she decided I was "cabbage head", and she went off and informed a couple of friends that I was "cabbage head". And with these people, it stuck like glue. It was THREE GODDAM YEARS AGO, and I'm still "cabbage head".
