I went and saw my old bass players' new band last night and caught another band called A Stained Glass Romance. They put on a really good show, though I don't like their name. I like Stained Glass but not Romance. I wanna name my band Stained Glass Doom or Stained Glass Doomed now.

New Carnifex doesn't seem too inspired, but signing to Victory Records can do that to a band...

The Faceless' old vocalist did their set, maybe he's back, but I doubt it (they're from the area, so thats probly why he was there)

They certainly are one of the best, if not the best. I can't think of a better one off the top of my head to be honest.

Well I read the article and found it entertaining, because none of the bands (Behemoth, Dimmu Borgir, Cradle Of Filth) said that they are black metal. I find it entertaining that Revolver kinda twists it around to make it seem like they are or think they are black metal.

Yeah if something gets popular and/or does something other than tremolo picking then most people on here won't call them black metal anymore. I classify DB and CoF as Symphonic Black Metal, cause it does sound a lot different than most of the black metal I have.

Yeah it took me less than a year to get 4k, but thats because I get 8 hours a day most days at work to play on here :thumb:

No, I'm not. But even anyone with the plainest knowledge of BM can tell COF or Dummy Burger fit into the genre. Arguably they did years and years and albums ago, but not any longer.
