Thanks. Wasn't really trying to be.

We just had a fire drill at my school. It was like the third one this week. What is the point in getting the whle school outside 2-3 times a day to make sure a fire alarm works? Can't they just test it when no ones here? I'm so freaking bore. I'm supposed to be working on my final for my IMS 2 class. It's going to be so freaking easy. All we have to do is a 10 slide power point presentation. I'll probably do it like 20 min before it's due.

ChodaBoy 04-29-2005 09:20 AM

Omg, my english teacher

Someone left some work in a class not long ago, so someone took it and passed it off as their own. The work had already been marked by one teacher so that it was correct, and today he comes along and starts correcting his own work. arse bender.
Meanwhile we were busy laughing our heads off while he was correcting the work

then later on someone said there was a tool in MS Access but the same teacher disagreed and they argued for about 15 minutes who was right. Eventually the pupil says "shut up now, im bored of arguing" it turns out the pupil was correct, so the teacher said "Well I dont think its a good tool"

good times

Agent_Orange 04-29-2005 09:42 AM

Best cover I've ever heard recently..

The Number Twelve Looks Like You - My Sharona

Even my dad liked it.

chumpradio 04-29-2005 11:06 AM

3 day weekend!
I have to go to the guitar shop tomorrow to work out stuff for my work experience in 2 weeks. It's going to be fun, hopefully I can get a Saturday job at the shop if I work well.

Apparently the job description is:
-General housekeeping duties
-Compressing rubbish
-String/Clean guitars
-Maybe assist with sales and answer the phone

But I work from 9 till 5.30 with only a 30 minute lunch break.

Understanding In a Crash 04-29-2005 11:06 AM

Another good cover has to be Eleanor Rigby by Thrice. Dustin's one of the best vox in pop-punk...

Before you go to see Hitchiker's Guide To The Galaxy, I have one piece of advice; Dont.

It's utter crap. The story, if you can even call it that, is pathetic. The characters were boring and very cliche, and didn't appeal to me in the slightest. The whole movie was just 2 big turds joined together to make one super-turd. I don't know if it will make a difference if you have read the book or seen the TV series because I have don't neither, but this film made me (And everyone else in that room, probably) want to kill myself. I listened to the entire Fall Out Boy album halfway through because I couldn't take it

Understanding In a Crash 04-29-2005 11:11 AM

NO CD PLAYERS IN THE THEATER!

I'll see it tonight at work probably

It was an MP3 player...

And besides, there's no rule for that in the UK, it's just mobile phones which need to be turned off. Stupid American cinemas

Understanding In a Crash 04-29-2005 11:15 AM

Kif is so cute and usually has a good opinion on movies. The movie looked like crap anyway.. I think I rather see xXx and mistaken it for a softcore porno then see that movie.

Untitled 04-29-2005 11:16 AM

Id rather see Star Wars then anything, out currently.

I honestly was going to fall asleep in there. It starts off so bad, it doesn't really reel you in at all. Then it just gets worse, lots of new things start popping up and it appears that the story isn't going anywhere fast. I have no idea how it ends, since I was listening to music while watching "muted" actors do their thing (Which was a bit funny I guess).

I'm going to recommend this to people at school just to see their faces when they come back to me after I say there are no words to describe it!
