every thrash band sucked after 1989. whats new? :p

persistence of time is a good album though.
but you forgot about rust in peace and seasons in the abyss

DimebagDarrell 04-18-2004 04:42 AM

persistence of time was very good and yeh it did go downhill from there but this new album "we've come for you all" is a big improvement on stuff like stomp 442

AParanoidIronMan 04-18-2004 04:45 AM

best song off of stomp was fueled

manuscriptreplica 04-18-2004 05:15 AM

Nah... me and 2 guys booted down there after this gig that went horribly wrong (picture playing master of puppets to drunken 50 year olds who want country music) and we had this huge hairy mask thing that we all took turns at wearing. EVERYONE was looking at us, espeically the hotties! I dont really go there often though... its pretty crap. I usually boot down to the Crown and Anchor!! (best pub ever)

AParanoidIronMan - you from Adelaide?

p.s. thread = fixed

AParanoidIronMan 04-18-2004 05:20 AM

Griffin_Page 04-19-2004 05:33 PM

I have a calling for you all. Come to the CD Reviews Forum and help me mutilate those who think Thrice are metal.

As for the band thing, I am in a failing one as well. Who knows, things may get better.

sensitiveorgan00 04-19-2004 06:04 PM

Meh, I wish I had a thrash band.

Just another heads up for those who are insterested. Watch Monster Garage tonight on Discovery Channel. SLAYER will be there, preforming, I'm wondering what they're going to play. \m/

Griffin_Page 04-19-2004 10:31 PM

Cool, but I missed it. Reruns rule.

DimebagDarrell 04-20-2004 02:33 AM

MOTÖRHEAD have reportedly set "Inferno" as the title of their new album, due in North America on June 22 through the Sanctuary subsidiary Metal-Is Records (the album will arrive in Europe on June 21 via SPV/Steamhammer Records). Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Terminal Show" (featuring a guest appearance by Steve Vai), "Smiling Like a Killer", "In the Name of Tragedy", "In the Black", "Year of The Wolf", "Life's a Bitch", "Keys to the Kingdom", "Suicide" and "Whorehouse Blues". The cover for the CD is once again being provided by esteemed cover artist Joe Petagno.

manuscriptreplica 04-20-2004 03:54 AM
