Many thanks dude.

skatemullen14 12-18-2007 02:58 PM

I'll get to see Blood Meat live when I go see Protest this Saturday :) At least, they better play it.

gmoneyguy 12-18-2007 03:00 PM

I wouldn't doubt them playing it.

illpressureurhinges1 12-18-2007 03:58 PM

Yah. Especially now that they released the video and everyone is so stoked about it.

Tyler 12-18-2007 06:45 PM

They've been playing Blood Meat for like 5 months.

Nanjing is a city.

I always thought it was "to the reverie", oh well.

sounds like "and". Thus sounds choppy.
They've been playing Blood Meat for like 5 months.
I know. I was saying that there's no way that they wouldn't still play it since the video just came out now.

Tyler 12-18-2007 07:15 PM

They also play the Dissentience if I'm not mistaken. Maybe they'll re-add the Goddess tracks, but they haven't played those since last May to my knowledge, which was the first time they played them.

illpressureurhinges1 12-18-2007 07:17 PM

I want to see them live so bad. But they don't even come within an hour driving range until late May... I guess I'll just have to wait til then.

Tyler 12-18-2007 07:22 PM

I've seen them about 40 times :\ They used to play like twice a month in Toronto.

illpressureurhinges1 12-18-2007 07:24 PM

Lucky. Just once would make me extremely happy. And now I have to wait til May. I just hope I'm not busy that day.

Tyr 12-18-2007 07:24 PM

I'm hoping they will come to Stockholm some time.

Tyler 12-18-2007 07:33 PM

I know they want to do out of North America stuff a lot, it's just hard because they aren't really big enough to be able to afford it.

illpressureurhinges1 12-18-2007 07:35 PM

All I know is they're coming to LA and I'm gunna have to kill some people to go to that show.

BoboTheRagingHobo 12-18-2007 07:36 PM

The last time they came to Oregon they played in Bend of all places...

I have to wait until March to see them, but it will be worth it.

Tyler 12-18-2007 07:43 PM

I just wish they'd stop playing with horrible bands, but they're big on the "bands dont have to fit together to play together" tours so I guess it'll never end. I'm not even bothering with their current tour because of how awful TDWP and Silverstein are.

Tyr 12-18-2007 07:49 PM

Yeah, I know of one Swedish fan, except myself. My brother, since I introduced them to him.

And by what their myspace says, A Day To Remember too.

TojesDolan 12-18-2007 10:57 PM
... your thoughts?
lol

skatemullen14 12-19-2007 02:31 PM

They're playing with 'These Sillouettes' on Saturday. I've never heard of these guys, does anyone know them?

gmoneyguy 12-19-2007 02:32 PM

Nope, thats why there is a discussion, and Cocaine has a PtH Avatar.

DanD 12-19-2007 02:36 PM

I saw them in AZ once, but that was the show right after the guitar player got arrested so they had to play a man short. They also shortened their set. And played with Trivium.

duckies 12-19-2007 03:25 PM

Could it have been any worse? lol

TojesDolan 12-19-2007 03:26 PM

they could've played a whole set

DanD 12-19-2007 03:31 PM

damn, burn son

I was pissed because the only reason that I went to the show was to see them (and The Sword too, I guess, but just as I had expected, they were boring as ****) and was pissed when they came out and announced that he had got busted at the border.

Against Miik! 12-19-2007 03:38 PM

Am I the only one that kinda like Calculated Use of Sound better than Kezia, besides the quality? I don't what it is about it. I just like it better. I noticed a lot of recurring licks at parts on Kezia that were definitely from CUoS. Wow can't wait for Fortress. I'll get a leak asap but I'll also buy the CD. They have so many little nuances in there music taht I would a CD quality version to hear everything.

TojesDolan 12-19-2007 04:01 PM

I like CUoS >>>> Kezia

Tyler 12-19-2007 04:45 PM

These Silhouettes are a shitty metalcore/post-hardcore band, but they put on a good live show. They're your typical Underoath + Southern **** band.

Scoot 12-19-2007 11:39 PM

This is probably the only band with vocals such as these that I could tolerate, but I've grown to like them.

The new songs sound great by the way.

Tyler 12-19-2007 11:41 PM

Vocals such as excellently diverse cleans amirite?

sweboy 12-20-2007 07:15 AM
Yeah, I know of one Swedish fan, except myself. My brother, since I introduced them to him.
I'm a huge fan too! And FatPete too! So basically a majority of the Swedes on MX like PTH, which of course means that a majority of all Swedes like PTH, since we represent the average population. So that's atleast 5 million people (possibly more) in Sweden who would want to go and see them play.

I had some vague memory that you were a fan, but I had no idea about FatPete.

It would be quite cool if they held a concert for 5 million Swedes. Although it would be kind of hard to get close to the scene.

Dimmu Burger 12-20-2007 11:43 AM

Ok, as usual, I am a bit late here. I finally got around to listening to Kezia, after downloading it last week. I really enjoyed it. I like that they are playing heavy intricate music and the singer is good enough to put kick@$$ melodies over it, something I had trouble doing in my old band. I ended up screaming a lot because with the more intricate stuff, it was more difficult to put a melody over it. Anyways, he has a really good voice as well. They are one of my new favorite bands.

Static 12-20-2007 03:39 PM

So I can honestly say that Bloodmeat is my new favorite PtH.

Tyler 12-20-2007 03:44 PM

I can honestly tell you Bloodmeat is one of the weaker tracks on Fortress :) Seriously, you guys are going to be pleasantly surprised.

Anglachel 12-20-2007 03:46 PM

I still havent heard Bloodmeat

Have you gotten it yet?
I can honestly tell you Bloodmeat is one of the weaker tracks on Fortress :) Seriously, you guys are going to be pleasantly surprised.
If this is true, then wowowowow.

illpressureurhinges1 12-20-2007 04:37 PM

Yah, if Bloodmeat is one of the weaker tracks, then Fortress is going to be one of the best albums ever.

publicastration 12-20-2007 04:43 PM

It turns out the people had sent Tyler Fortress a couple weeks ago actually, and his hotmail account lost it.

He just got it a little while ago and is probably ejaculating in his pants.

Tyler 12-20-2007 04:45 PM

ejaculating all over the place actually.

it's a lot better than i expected and i expected good things
