si.. it was hard to vote also.. because all the entries sucked.. every single one of them. mine, his, his, yours. all of them.

i agree with the slu[i][/i]t. what happened to all the norms?? the only ones i really recognize from before i left is dfelon, disco dragon/donkey, subtledagger, and pixiesfanyo.

Yeah, most of the other "vets" of the challenges have long since abandoned us, leaving us cupping the balls of mediocre songwriting. Not that everyone is terrible, but it just seems like the bar has been lowered.......aw who the f[I]u[/I]ck am I kidding, the bar has been buried. There is no more bar!

especially my cheesey power metal song, lol. I wrote that during a writer's block, and after reading the Belgariad, so it was an odd feeling.

Scarlet is a very usable word. How the hell can 1 word make all the difference in your song. Stop scapegoating and admit that your song wasn't up to it full stop.

yes it did suck royally.... would've deleted it if the thread wasn't closed, it's not my style anyways and my subject was LAME, was pissed and didn't have much time to do something close to interesting, oh well better luck next time

I joined this forum sometime in the middle of last month, mainly to try and write for this contest. I say everyone rock-paper-scissors it or agrees on the next word as a group so we can keep this going.

working as a group? I dont think so. It'll be years before we decide on a word and even then someone will hate it. Winner chooses word regardless whether its bullocks or not. Thats the prize you get for winning you could say
