When I first got it I downloaded it, and I just thought "Oh, another retard on Kazaa has screwed it up"

Did "the miricle" kill both victoria and "the sleeper", then plant a fake suicide letter on them? my question really is "explain to story on SFAM?"

Well, Quebec, your explanation would make sense except for the fact that Part II (SFAM) is a continuation or further rendition of I. So it really doesn't add up the way you put it.
