Has anyone besides myself heard any xVincent Price's Orphan Powered Death Machinex?
heard of, never heard though |
They are awesome, you should try to find some of their songs. You guys would probably like them.
|
Bumpage. I will not let my awesome thread die.
|
I thought about this more today at work and which era Orchid are you talking about? Chaos is Me, Dance Tonight or Gatefold?
|
I enjoy The Great Redneck Hope, The Binding, The Locust and Textbook Traitors as far as spazz goes (not real grind, but grind influenced). As for real grind, I love Pig Destroyer and Agoraphobic Nosebleed but that's all I'm really into. In/Humanity for emo/power violence. They fucking destroy.
|
I'm not too big on In/Humanity. I like .fuckingcom all right, though.
|
Nasum
Regurgitate Yacosape Dropdead Birdflesh Leng T'che Grindcore is pretty cool. |
In/humanity is good but I like guyana punch line alot better.
|
.fuckingcom > Guyana Punch Line > In/Humanity > Antischism
|

Pretty good but I like In/Humanity better.
HAHAHAHA. Someone said Agnostic Front, I won't bash him/her though. But it did give me a laugh. They use old school styled hardcore, otherwise noted as hardcore punk now. The singer is pretty gangsta in the music videos though? Haha. Okay, I don't normally like grind, but Napalm death and Anal Cunt are okay. Origin is just crap. Uhm. crust punk... fleas and lice and assrash sound good. They both have a split they put out together that someone sent me before. Nothing beats the song, Jesus wuz a drunk. haha.
Man, you're posts are very annoying to read... you laugh too much maybe? Napalm Death, Pig Destroyer, Siege, Anal Cunt. Top-notch bands. |
Some of you peope have no idea what grind is. Daughters? Locust? Agnostic Front? Jesus.
3 words: Spoonful Of Vicodin. Now THAT's grind. Napalm Death isn't a grind band anymore. Only their first 2 records were. |

3 words: Spoonful Of Vicodin. Now THAT's grind. Napalm Death isn't a grind band anymore. Only their first 2 records were.
just because they arent a grind band anymore doesnt mean ye styill cant say they're one of yer fav grind bands. considering they did release grind material, so in a thread about grind, if someone mentions ND, its common knowledge that they are refferring to ND's grind stuff. but i do agree with those who mentioned the white-belt shit, that aint grind, and as for AF...that was just dumb.
Am i the only person who prefers ND's newer stuff?!
i loved Order of the Leech, but yet again ive always loved metal, though im kinda indifferent as to which era was better. i tend to like all their stuff equally. |
This .F'uckingCom band is pretty good. I like'em alot.

indeed, i just d/led some from Toe Rag, real good stuff. :thumb: |
I had one of their albums before you all started jumping to listen to them (except Toe Rag). I like them.
|
i propose everyone here, who doesnt already, go listen to Warcollapse.
|
I've never heard any Warcollapse. Linkage?
|
I was just wondering, what do you guys like about the songs? It sounds like a guy screaming while everyone else is trying to make as much noise as possible.

Loading...
I was just wondering, what do you guys like about the songs? It sounds like a guy screaming while everyone else is trying to make as much noise as possible.
crust, like any other genre has a wide range of bands, and thus, not all bands sound the same, some have their own style. as for me, it has an obvious influence from metal, and i started listening to metal before i listened to punk, so that and my interest in politics, kinda threw me upon it, as it was the best thing for me. |
I don't know why I like grind. A lot of the time I just like stuff that is really noisy and really fast for this short burst of musical chaos to blow my mind for a few seconds.
I like crust because of the metal influence and the political side. But both I can't listen to very long or I will get a massive headache. |

xxxhttp://s43.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=1T3KDVP2I8R3112H9PFES59G0W just remove the xxx that's for their album, Crust as Fuck Existence this album truly shows their musical greatness, playing amazing crust punk on a 4 track-long record, 3 of which are 6 min or longer. such an awesome record, has a more death metal feel to it at times. Divine Intoxication - xxxhttp://s43.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=0CP7K6VM4Z6NA27RCKHZ5SGQ3E this album has a more crust feel to it, as it is alot faster than the previous album i posted. a total of 16 tracks, with most being at about 2 min. great guitar riffs with raging drum beats. all in all a really good album, but yet again, they'r emy fav crust band, so im a bit biased. :p |
