Me too, Buissness studies, yay.

moaner 05-25-2005 01:11 PM

jess, i had "of mice and men" :thumb: and "blood brothers" :(

duffroxmysox 05-25-2005 01:17 PM

By that do you mean you did one of the short stories instead of poems?

'Cause we had to compare 4 poems (2 pre-1914) in an hour :angry:

GurS 05-25-2005 01:22 PM

I did that last year, it sounds like.

I did of mice and men too, but my play was an inspector calls.

I also had to do pre-1914 poetry in my gcse...

you guys doing AQA english?

duffroxmysox 05-25-2005 01:24 PM

Yep
which vinyls?
Black Sabbath - Born Again
Black Sabbath - The Eternal Idol
Iggy Pop - Lust for Life
The Doors - Absolutley Live (double vinyl)
and some random thrashy/death metal band that I keep forgetting the name of.

//

I have 3 exams on Friday - Geog both papers and Music Tech Listening.

Woo.

//

Of Mice and Men blew goats, for my English Lit last year I did Of Mice and Men and Educating Rita. The poetry was Post-1914 aswell I think. World War II stuff.

duffroxmysox 05-25-2005 01:40 PM

I need to buy a load of new stuff, last CD I bought was on Thursday, Dead Kennedys- Frankenchrist

But it was quite bad- it was end of term for us so my mates decided to walk round town singing rather loudly, and um the record store guy I only semi perv on (:p) walked past :o...then I forgot and went in to get my CD then realised he'd recognise us (though there were significantly fewer by this point). Then leaving the shop I realised he was even better cos he had a Bouncing Souls tee on :upset:

Yeah, tis a goodun, I was quite impressed as it was the last CD I looked at before being rushed out, I would've missed it otherwise, and I only had one song I'd heard from DK to go on :)

Also, a friend of mine has a mom who works as a flight attendant on airplanes, and is in London at the moment.

I told her that you all said "hi". She thought it was funny that I addressed Lord Brummington as "Brew". Though I did remember the names of Ben, Jess, Craig, and Adam (though I can't remember if he's another Ameri-Brit...), so yeah.

I should seriously consider changing my name to Brew.

5 hours of exams on the hottest day of the year makes Brew an annoyed man.
