Well according to the announcement, The Pit was hacked and almost deleted. I say let it die to be honest. I go there when this forum is dead, and nearly every thread I post in makes me dumber.

Oh well, I think this is a good idea. It's better awarding people with reppoints than people whoring themselves with huge avatars. Maybe it'll make people actually post productive and contribute to the forums for a change rather than trash the place.
