Why does that scare you? It would make sense for Tool to add blues elements to an already atmospheric band.

He's talking about the lyrics, he said they're angry and stuff, so he jokeingly said "this our blues record, were singing the blues".

Anyone can make a bad record. Tool could, although so far they're 5 for 5 (hey salival was great, even if not a full LP.) so i have high hopes.

I like St. Anger, so I guess I'll be in luck if Tool pulls a St. Anger.

I still don't like it. I thought it just sounded really bad and the musicianship was horrible.

:lol: The only song I kind of enjoyed was Frantic, just because I like the main riff. But I'd take And Justice over it any day.

I can safely say that St. Anger is the worst album I've ever heard.

Justice isn't too much better. Cmon, let's be honest. It's boring.

I like Master of Puppets best. The title track is just great.

I liked Justice a lot back in the day, songs like Blackened, One, To Live is to Die, Dyers Eve are all great songs IMO.
