Akitsa are pretty average, and what I've heard from Austere (Withering Illusions and Desolation) sucked.

Listen to the split with Isolation by Austere, the songs are really good.

All of Austere's black metal material is pretty tight, imho. Their post-metal **** is better though, even if they've only released two songs of it thus far.

New Austere material is what happens when a band loses their balls.

Yeah, go back a page or three. I like it, maybe more than Tara just because the vocals are a lot less grating. The trade-off is some occasional and very perplexing keyboard work.
