Mitch2oo6 06-19-2006 01:32 AM

I dont fall asleep without music. It affects my dreams too, if I listen to something dark and scary like Opeth I dream about demons and stuff :p
Im so weird...

Firecracker 06-19-2006 02:22 AM

That's not weird, just part of your mental structure, if you go to sleep listening to someone dictating revision on a tape, you learn it subconscioussly.
Well cool huh?

When I was ill i fell asleep listening to Alk3, I was very guilty.

PDWAB 06-19-2006 02:31 AM

I fall alseep to anything. Right outside my window in the dorms I would always hear people yelling and being obnoxious and I would fall asleep fine. I also enjoyed being able to sleep through my room-mate's alarm :)

Kif 06-19-2006 02:57 AM

I had the worst sleep last night. My window was open, the blind was down and I still got to sleep about 3 in the morning. Ugh, I don't even know if going into 6th form is worth it since my teacher for today's lesson always leave during lesson.

Firecracker 06-19-2006 03:09 AM

That sounds rather sucky.
I'm having trouble sleeping at the moment too, I don't know what it is.
But I wake up early in the morning because I don't have a blind/curtain on my window facing the rising sun so I wake up with the sun, not good when it's at 6 in the morning.

Kif 06-19-2006 03:13 AM

Wow that really does suck. Why don't you have any curtains or anything?

Firecracker 06-19-2006 03:16 AM

My mum keeps saying she's going to make them for me, but doesn't.
My family are the kings of procrastination. It's awful. We are always late and never get anything done. Hah.

Kif 06-19-2006 03:24 AM

Haha I am exactly like that.

My mum when I was 16: Hey, for your 17th birthday, do you want driving lessons?
Me: Yeah thanks

My mum when I was 17: Hey, for your 18th birthday, do you want driving lessons?
Me: ...OK...

Firecracker 06-19-2006 03:28 AM

Haha, that's brilliant.
As a concept, not for you with the lack of driving lessons for lots of time. :p

Kif 06-19-2006 04:13 AM

I've decided that I'm so bored I'm going to finish Lord Of The Pop-Punk after a 8-month hiatus. I'm also downloading 24 - The Missing Day, and listening to Black Flag.

Mitch2oo6 06-19-2006 04:23 AM

Yay for me, I got Nightwish - Wishmaster!
W00t.
Ha sucks to be those who cannot sleep well! Me, once im gone...im gone. My mum vaccumed my bedroom and i didnt wake up, we went camping out at a big desert race here and two chopers and a buggy drove past and i didnt wake up...I eventually got up though, I could smell breakfast.

Firecracker 06-19-2006 04:25 AM

I have a whole book to read before Tuesday night, I can do it.

Mitch2oo6 06-19-2006 04:27 AM

I read the latest HP in 8 hours :p
Yay for car trips.

Kif 06-19-2006 04:32 AM

When you get back on the computer, post your name on AP.

Firecracker 06-19-2006 04:54 AM

cky2kendall_the_third
YEAH.

8 hours!!!!!!!! Man you are mad!
I wish I could read in the car, I would get through so many books, though I feel ill when I do. GHEY. I read that on our school's music tour to Germany, bought it there, and read it when we stopped at services on the way back and all the time we were in the youth hostel.

Angry Balled Fists! 06-19-2006 05:07 AM

rice and bread, kif. I haven't been on in a few days.

Dead Star 06-19-2006 05:39 AM

Hey guys, I stole a go of the computer in my sisters house :)

I'm still in London, well outside of it actually, and I'm flying home tonight.

PS: THE FOO FIGHTERS WERE ****ING AWESOME

Did they have all of the lasers for your gig?
When I saw them back in December it was the best gig I've ever been to.
I hope you got to see Dave's solo version of Everlong, but then the whole band comes in for the final build up at the end, that was so amazing.
And a solo version of Big Me if I remember correctly.

Dead Star 06-19-2006 05:51 AM

Yeah the lasers were damn awesome.

And after they went off stage of the encore, Taylor came back on, and done some Billie-Joe type HEY-OHs, then Brian May and the drummer from Queen (I don't know his name :upset:) came onstage and they played together.

It was seriously awesome.

And 85,000 people singing to My Hero is the best thing I've ever heard.

Dead Star 06-19-2006 05:55 AM

I'm gonna go get food now, see you all tomorrow.

My edit button doesnt work for some reason :-\

Firecracker 06-19-2006 05:57 AM

I can't edit your post either. :p

Bye Jay.

Dream Theater are amazing.

Untitled 06-19-2006 06:47 AM

Manchester gig > London i bet.

Firecracker 06-19-2006 07:10 AM

Never true Butler. :)
I wish I went to both Hammersmith gigs, that would have been so amazing.

Untitled 06-19-2006 07:34 AM

Wanna bet, even dave grohl said we was better, and we was ever betterer still because we had to wait in the pissing rain.

Firecracker 06-19-2006 08:14 AM

Portsmouth is better.
Though alltogether england is better than the US.

I dont mean to burst your bubble, but....

Bands say everywhere they play is the best crowd they've had.

Firecracker 06-19-2006 08:19 AM

UK > US
It's because it's such a suprise when bands actually come here that we make the most of it.

Decemberunderground is not bad!!
It's pretty good actually!

Yeah i know.

the only band that didnt say we where better then then the night before was TBS, because manc was the first night of there tour.

It did make me laugh when he said ".....london last night...." and everybody booed london haha

Firecracker 06-19-2006 08:51 AM

London is particularly boo-able.
Though it has the largest population and more bands play there.
And annoyingly, only there.

Untitled 06-19-2006 08:53 AM

Meh, practicaly every band will play manchester with london, even if there the only two nights, which is nice for me. Expect brand new
