Ive read a little over page one hundred by today. Those quotes in the begining, especially the Talking Heads one (And as thing fell apart / Nobody paid much attention), create a perfect summation of the theme so far.

I actually lawled at this part where Tim means to say 'wow, im impressed' and unconsciously says 'wow, im depressed'.

That book and movie is amazing. The second chapter is rough but it shows you how intelligent and how much of a genius Ellis is.

Read Less Than Zero next. AMAZING novel.

So everybody in the school football team and band were about to leave fridays game (some weird place far from here) and they hear what sounds like a plane taking off, but there isnt an airport for miles. Then the sky lights up orange and they hear a massive booming noise. When they get home after all of the chaos, they find out that a train exploded not far from where they were at.
