Lengthy aye? Touchy subject or something?

Cain 02-03-2005 12:45 AM

What's going on, zepfan?

BoboTheRagingHobo 02-03-2005 12:49 AM
If we're referring to Elvenefris then I agree. They blend so many genres together yet still have a very unique and distinct sound. Somewhat in the ballpark of Opeth, but not the same. Fantastic musicianship as well.
Their drummer reminds me of Flo from Cryptopsy with a more jazzy style...

Meh...he more or less gave me an ultimatum I was not pleased to receive, beyond that I won't detail it.

Sucks, sorry to hear that.

Just to spark some coversation, what kind of car does everyone have? I have an '04 Chevrolet Cavalier, 2-door, manual trans. Its slow, only a 4 cyl, but its a fun car.

BoboTheRagingHobo 02-03-2005 01:27 AM

1980 Toyota Celica, limited edition...only 500 of them were made worldwide.

ArcLite 02-03-2005 01:41 AM

Is that the LT2000?

BoboTheRagingHobo 02-03-2005 01:42 AM
Is that the LT2000?
Huh?

ArcLite 02-03-2005 01:44 AM

Nevermind, that's the one that was only made in New Zealand and Australia.

Cain 02-03-2005 02:17 AM

1991 Volvo station wagon...forget the model number. It's old but runs very smooth.

ArcLite 02-03-2005 02:19 AM

Station wagon ehh? Does it have the fake woodgrain on the sides?

Cain 02-03-2005 02:19 AM
Station wagon ehh? Does it have the fake woodgrain on the sides?
Nope.

Riva 02-03-2005 04:42 AM

97 Kia Mentor Sedan. 4 doors, engine, A/C. The works :p

dUSK 02-03-2005 04:48 AM

I once drove a Kia, it sucked. :p

I used to have a 1987 v8 Holden Calais, but I sold it because I couldn't get insurance. Now I drive my mums Hyundai Accent.

Riva 02-03-2005 04:50 AM

My dream car is a '78 Holden Monaro V8 GTS 4 door sedan. I haven't the money yet, though. :(

dUSK 02-03-2005 04:56 AM

I just looked it up. Not bad. Glad to see your not a Ford man either :thumb:

ArcLite 02-03-2005 05:00 AM

Dream car: '69 Chevelle SS, red with black racing stripe, 454...

Riva 02-03-2005 05:01 AM

Remember: God invented shit. Ford put wheels on it.

ArcLite 02-03-2005 05:02 AM

Haha, that's a good one I haven't heard yet.

Those XR6 Turbo's are nice though. I drove one of them a month or two back.

Riva 02-03-2005 05:09 AM

My friend has a XR8 in deep blue that he bought for 15,000 of his dad (who is a mechanic and fixed it up after a crash).

Lucky bastard.

dUSK 02-03-2005 05:23 AM

Couldn't complain about that. If I'm thinking the same blue, it's also very nice. There's an xr6 that colour in the Ford dealership here, but the bastards drive it around town like they own it.

ArcLite 02-03-2005 05:26 AM

Meh, the coolest truck on earth is cooler than the coolest car, hence trucks>cars.

Had to say it, I'm a truck man (even though I drive a car).

Riva 02-03-2005 05:28 AM

You know, I wouldn't mind a truck. Would be useful for moving things, etc.

dUSK 02-03-2005 05:29 AM

Get a ute.

ArcLite 02-03-2005 05:31 AM

Dream truck: Chevy Silverado, 5.7L V8, Black with chrome trim, raised 6" with big ass tires on it, straight pipes with a nice loud rumble.

Riva 02-03-2005 05:32 AM

Monaro utes look like ****e, though.

Unless I get a Crewman Cross-8. *ponders*

There is an awesome black Chevy truck in town here. I have no idea what model or anything it is though.

Riva 02-03-2005 06:01 AM

I have to admit, the only good looking kind of Valiant is a black Charger. Otherwise,
