The one near me has windows, though not many.

Do they ban watches too?

Steerpike 03-03-2006 12:37 PM

I was once going through the mall and these two stoners came up to me, smelling so heavily of pot I could have gotten high by breathing next to them for a couple minutes. The dialog went something like this.

"Dude, man... your shirt fuckin' rock, man! Foamy's the shit!"
"Yeah, man, Foamy rules! Where'd you get that shirt?
"Uh... I got it at Hot Topic."
"Where's that, man?
"It's at a different mall, they never got one here."
"Oh..... Well, come on dude, let's go look for it. I want a Foamy shirt."
(they stagger off)
"... Wow."

Yeah. You can't see the sun, so you forget how long you've been there browsing.

Oh. Well all the ones I've been to, then, half a dozen or so. No windows, unless you count the doors at the front of the store, or go through to the garden bit.

Lord Abortion 03-03-2006 12:39 PM

Well done Alex, you have admitted you have bought an item of clothing at Hot Topic.
It's the first step onto realising you have a problem.

I have no idea. I'm guessing they can't take them off you though.

My entire family is into gardening, much like sports, I'm not but I get dragged along anyhow.

Give them a surprise and bury dead animals in the garden. Then when they go to plant flowers, they'll find them and be like "wtf?".

Hot Topic ain't the problem. It's the little kids who go into the store thinking a Slipknot T-shirt will make them hxc. Little kids are dumb.

Eh, true.

I'm enjoying my Friday evening in* with the company of Dream Theater- Live scenes from New York, and some MSN conversation.

NP:Bach - some fugue in a minor

Bartender 03-03-2006 03:04 PM

The television tells me it's been ten years since Dunblane. Doesn't really seem that long.

EDIT: It also tells me new Green Wing is on the way. Hoorah.

Yeah, I always end up watching that, though it's not that good really.

Deconstruction 03-03-2006 04:05 PM

I think i am goin out tonight...which is good.

TojesDolan 03-03-2006 04:27 PM

Yep, there's some good stuff in the streets of the big ol' city tonight, so hopefully there will be intoxicating drinks, vagˇnas (and let's hope their owners) and most probably funfunfun.

It's alright, Graeme Linehan made it, so that always garuantees some humour.

Bartender 03-03-2006 04:33 PM

Well it's watchable, which is enough. Just a bit weak for something involving Graham Linehan and Chris Morris, though.

You mean in Las Vegas? I'm pretty sure that gambling is illegal in CA, except in Indian casinos.

In others news, I got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and I feel terrible.

It's not even that. It's affected me mentally and has made me weak as hell. I seriously cannot get up from my computer chair, I'm that weak. I hate this. :(

For me unfortunately, I have all 4 of them. Theyu're not out yet, but still :(

oh noes you got me

On a more serious note, I couldn't tell the fun of having plastic genitals (unless you're a female. then anything goes) to play around with.

Then again, it's no pride touching yourself at night. Nothing like being touched and all that jazz.
