Claudio played the top half of his double neck for Always and Never at the concert. |

You really should, that'd be great. See if you can get your teacher to play the first part on the piano too! |
Funny thing happened to me on Sunday...
I was at my sisters soccer match and I was boping my head to IKSOSE3 on my iPod and my mom asked what I was listening to. I let her hear the song and she stole my iPod and wouldn't give it back. She says it reminds her of Rush and I can see why but come on! My Mom is in love with C&C!!! Ah!
My English teacher LOVEs C&C, it's really quite amusing. he'll grade papers while listening to SSTB. He's like 45 too. |

I would learn that, but it's downtuned. I hate downtuning. I have the tabs on my computer though. Halfdeadhippo: I sent you the link. I have a Co&Ca shirt. It's the one with the keywork and In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3 on the front. $5 at Hot Topic. :p |
Wow that is a good deal my Hot Topic has garbage deals I can never find anythign cheap there.
|
Yeah. I was on the clearance rack. It was half off of half off.
|
We like don't even have clearance racks at our Hot Topic, if we do I can't find it.

Sweet. Were those taken on a cell phone?
|
Ya, I took it with a cell phone. My friend and I were actually pretty close. "Coheed2" is my favorite picture.
|
That's what I figured.
"Coheed2" is an awesome picture. |
Hey whatever happened to those rumors about Coheed splitting up or Josh leaving the band? Boy those sure were reliable reports!
|
I'm watching LOTR with Coheed again. It's cool how it mathes up at some points.
I learned Always and Never too Spence. It's really fun and kinda easy. Another thing about the LOTR: In VCIII: is during the fight between Gandalf and Saruman. Die white girls=die white wizard? EDIT 2: I put on GA after 21:13, but I don't know if I synced it up right. Are the tracks between TLATG and 21:13 supposed to play, or do I skip to 21:13 right after TLATG finishes? |
I have 2 coheed shirts....one with the keywork that says the album title of iksose, and another with a prise on it thats blue and yellow. And i just found out my chemistry teacher (who owns a recording studio) is getting into them.
|
We been missin ya in this thread Cobert...I have two coheed shirts a a zip-up. I have a shirt that has the keywork and it says one among the fence...I have to split neck tee and a zip up with the guilltione on it.

I see, i see. Now whats this nonsense about LOTR? And i was right about ten speeds, its a bike. You said before that it was his subconcious, so it still makes sense to combine them, his bike could be talking to him (or at least the writer thinks it is). |
Ya your right it is both it is subconcious in the form of a bike.....also it is his bike....if you get LOTR The Fellowship of the Ring and IKSOSE together and you start them at the same time they are liked synched up. You have to watch it for yourself but it is cool......its like when something happens on the CD it happens on the movie. You turn the movie volume all the way down and its almost like the CD belongs to the movie....almost like it is a musical haha.

Sweet. Here's another good theory i came up with. I havent seen the MTV shorts, so i got less from the story then you guys, but heres what i think: Its been said the "id do anything" part on IKSOSE is talking to jesse. Seeing as this is in wake up, that part of wake up could be talking to Jesse, who could be the writers brother. The reason the writer and erica break up is because jesse stole/boned erica while she was still with the writer. Another clue is the cover of the album: 1. It shows a guillotine with wings, with erica standing on both sides of the guillotine. 2. Jesse could be the writers older brother. Because an older brother might be sen as a guardian angel figure, the write put his brother in the story as a prize, who have wings like an angel. 3.After jesse sticks his uh-oh in ericas yes-huh, the writers finds out. This is the reason the guillotine has wings, as it represents Jesse and Erica 'killing' the writer/claudio. Actually, it might make more sense is erica was using jesse to get at claudio, since erica is standing on the side of the guillotine, like an executioner might. Dont deny my theories are sick. |
Your theories are tight its sweet but Erica isn't aware of Claudio he is in the story and Erica is in real life and Jesse might be the writers brother but then why would he do anything for him if he nailed his girlfriends. Also Newo didn't cheat on Claudio with Jesse did she? I thought it was Al.
|
ah, its so confusing :(

It said in alternative press that wake up was a history of the writer. Also, notice it says 'would' do anything, not 'will do anything'. Past tense makes a big difference here. And i think Al might help the characters, and he could just be thinking about doing things to newo. and by claudio, i mean the writer, that was a typo. |
Oooo okay, also I haven't read that AP article yet but I thought Wake Up was a song past tense song but he still doesnt "say" would do anything for you he just says "I'll do anything for you" but technically if it is a song in the past tense he isn't saying it right now....but w.e
I used to believe Al was bad but I have recently come to believe he isn't but I know Newo cheated on Claudio. |

Oh, and its a pointless question, but do you think al is short for Alfred or Albert? I always wonder that. |
I dunno it could be, never thought about that...it really makes no difference haha but its still a good question.
|
Maybe its albertito.
|
Haha maybe its Almuerzo, which is lunch in Spanish.
|
Maybe it's alfonzo.
Because I like that word. |
Thats a name not a word...
|
Thats a name not a word...
Quiet you :upset: |
maybe its short for alodfguwsiwhgiuhuwighiuwrhg.
Maybe. |
Or...Maybe it's just Al. :amaze:
or it's Al Borland from Tool Time! |
Or...Maybe it's just Al. :amaze:

I know, but I can sound like Heidi if I say Tool Time. Heidi=Hot.

Well, I finally got around to listening to the new album again, and although I wasn't too impressed the first time around, I must say now that it is really awesome.
|
Thats it exactly how I was with the album. At first I wasn't diggin' it but after a few listens it comes off as incredible.
|
All of Co&Ca's albums are "growers", really, but this one is even more so. It took me a (short) while to really get into SSTB, though IKSSE: 3 clicked faster for me, and Good Apollo is still working on me. I've been listening to so much music recently, and I haven't given Good Apollo quite enough time yet.
Same thing, though. I wasn't so impressed the first time, but I like it much more now. |
