Fender Cyclone > Jaguars > Jagstangs>>>Tele = Strat

I love how the Jagstang isnt in leftie version, and it was designed but Kurt Cobian.

Oz Rembrandt 01-13-2006 01:29 PM

haha, theres some irony right theres.

I hat tele's, I think they're ugly as hell. Jaguars are nice also.

chumpradio 01-13-2006 01:30 PM

I also hate tele's. I don't really like how they play either from my exerience.
Jag's are okay, not too amazing.
I just love good ol' Les Pauls, SG's and Strat's now. I want a nice blue Les Paul, that is probably my dream guitar. I hope to get an Epiphone version in a couple of months.

billiejoe84 01-13-2006 01:53 PM

I have the Epiphone version of my dream guitar - a wine red Les Paul Studio with a souped-up bridge pickup. I love it to the degree that I doubt I could ever go out and buy another, better guitar, as I know it would be a waste of money. Sure, I'd love a Fender Strat (in red) or a Gretsch Falcon (in white, of course) or maybe even the Gibson version of my current one, but I'd find it hard to give it up as my first guitar.

Oz Rembrandt 01-13-2006 01:57 PM

My Dream bass is unknown I think. I love the one I have, BUT, I'd really love a Fender Jazz, with a precision Neck, in Seafoam Green.

Wow, thats Dans bass!

Untitled 01-13-2006 02:05 PM

Dream Bass for me ATM. Blue Agave Fender P. Sumore Duncan 1/4er pounder p/ups. Id quite like a jass bass neck on there too.

That sounds sexi as hell. I'm no bassist (my experience is limited to playing my current bassist's Warwick when he'll let me, and the bassist from my old band's P-bass) but that sounds rather tasty.

They sound as sexy as hell. I prefer the looks of the J though. The only way i could get a J with P P/ups is to get a hoppus, which i dont want.

As for guitar, id love a Fender Cyclone, or Jag. Yummy.

HitHardDrums55 01-14-2006 02:29 PM

is the intro to the Halloween At The Metro DVD lifted from the Sisters Of Mercy song, This Corrosion? the churchy choir chants sound exactly the same except more echoey on the dvd...probably because its in a music arena played quite loudly

Jagstangs are disgusting.

Kurt Kobain designed it too...

Wow, I've had FHTI (my only alk3 album) for about 2-3 years now, but never really listened to it. And I accidentally just listened to it instead of anti-flag's mobilize.

Holy crap, have I been missing out. Oz, you're so bringing me some alk3 cds in tomorrow.

You've been mates with oz all this time and only discoverd the trio? WTF im disappionted with him.

poprocks&coke 01-15-2006 12:41 PM

But he does make an extra special effort to convert anyone who posts in here (or any other pop-punk thread for that matter).

Lol. He does a better job than me, anyway. So far I've managed to convert a grand total of 3 people.

HitHardDrums55 01-15-2006 12:58 PM

i converted both of my parents...is that weird? and i converted my best friend and her sister and a kid in the neighborhood and i think someone else

Untitled 01-15-2006 01:05 PM

Everyone i know likes them without my help.

poprocks&coke 01-15-2006 01:09 PM

Really? There's only me and my friends and this other girl in Year 9 who likes them. But then again I go to quite a tiny school.

I went to a tiny school...

400 people in total.

Non of my friends needed me to tell them to like the trio

Ross 01-15-2006 05:07 PM

When?!

*never noticed*

Oz Rembrandt 01-15-2006 05:30 PM

Well, I'm pretty sure I mention them at least once per Chem lesson.

Ross 01-15-2006 06:10 PM

Yes, but among the moans of anguish... I swear I've said this already.

Untitled 01-16-2006 10:30 AM

So today, i felt guitly about not having anything by the trio i own, and theres like one of my fave bands.

So i was in Music Zone looking for a tee-shirt i saw a while back, but it wasnt there, so i baught the duluxe Crimson. Just for the demos.

Oz Rembrandt 01-16-2006 01:48 PM

I just watched the new video for "Burn"

Bad Blood 01-16-2006 01:55 PM

Burn is the best song off Crimson.

Mercy Me is.

Oz Rembrandt 01-16-2006 02:05 PM
Any good?
Its pretty cool, although, Burn is probs my least favourite Crimson track. Dan plays a double bass. :thumb:

Angry Balled Fists! 01-16-2006 02:07 PM

Back to hell, time to waste and sadie are easily the best.

WTF, how does that fit in with the song?

Oz Rembrandt 01-16-2006 02:14 PM

It fits with the video well. Its very Circus-y. I like it.
It fits with the video well. Its very Circus-y. I like it.
Ohh, i read that somewhere i think.

Angry Balled Fists! 01-16-2006 02:21 PM

hahaha, Roots Radicals, the poster got an awesome Rancid AOCTW tatoo on his back, i might get a Rancid one too.
