Haha that is a bummer. You don't have any money? Why won't he let you get it?

Gnarmageddon 09-21-2005 06:22 PM

I only had like 4 bucks. It costs 20 at Wal-Mart. He said it was too expensive. :(

DepthsOfDreams555 09-21-2005 06:23 PM

Ahhhh thats a bummer. I really want the DVD too. I am going to get it I just don't know when.

EDIT: I also want to get the Second Stage Turbine Blade rerelease but I don't want to spend money on that right now.

EDIT AGAIN: At Best Buy the DVD isn't that expenisve its only 10 or 11 bucks.

My "Good Apollo...." update: Yesterday at around 8 my mom and I had to go to Joann's to get material for a pennant project I have to do. Then on the way home I convinced my mom to take me to Wow. I got the CD but after messing around with the employee. I told him I need the new Coheed CD so then he goes to the back and gets the rerelease. Then I told him its the other one and then I stated the name. Well, then I rode home and while working on my project put it on. At first I wasn't too pleased by it. But now after 4 more listens I like it a lot.

DepthsOfDreams555 09-21-2005 06:54 PM

Haha thats quite a story.

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 09-21-2005 07:06 PM

Haha I was soo happry when I finally got it. My dog got a lot better which also lef to my mom taking me.
Ya he screams on the Starland DVD too. I think it sounds really good I think they should have that on the actual CD. Get him to record some screaming. I think it sounds good. I'm so pumped to see Coheed live.
He screams at the end of "Ten Speed (Of Gods Blood and Burial)"

Spectrum 09-21-2005 08:09 PM

I wish I could see Co&Ca live... but they never come to Maine, and I have no means of transportation available... :(

DepthsOfDreams555 09-21-2005 08:13 PM
He screams at the end of "Ten Speed (Of Gods Blood and Burial)"
Ya but its for like .5 seconds its like GODS BLOOD and thats it.

hey, you're not cory! 09-21-2005 08:22 PM

Yeah, but its still cool to hear. If he overdoes it it won't be anything special.

DepthsOfDreams555 09-21-2005 08:23 PM

I still think it will be cool if he does. Like a couple of lines just screaming. Just think it would be something different and cool.

DaveIsWrong 09-21-2005 10:40 PM

Does anybody else think that Claudio sings insanely high on their acoustic demos?

I do! I love the band more than my family...but I'm not a big fan of the songs that they make acoustic that were originally electric.

DepthsOfDreams555 09-22-2005 02:46 PM

That Junesong Provision acoustic is so funky. The Starland Ballroom The Light and The Glass when he played it acoustic was really good.

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 09-22-2005 06:18 PM

After hearing the Cd some more I figured out my favorites: Always and Never, Welcome Home, Ten Speed (Of God's Blood & Burial), The Willing Well: 2, and The Willing Well: 3. Those songs are simply incredible. The rest of the songs are very good but these are the best.

DepthsOfDreams555 09-22-2005 06:25 PM

I think that Crossing the Frame is one of my favorites too.

The Crowing 09-22-2005 06:26 PM

Apollo I: The Writing Writer owns all.

DepthsOfDreams555 09-22-2005 06:28 PM

Ya but Apollo I is like the same song as Willing Well 3 and Willing Well 3 even has more to it then Apollo I.

JeffT 09-22-2005 06:34 PM

Welcome Home beats all.

Mute Print 09-22-2005 06:34 PM

I've still only listened to it once, so I don't really have a favorite song off it yet.

DepthsOfDreams555 09-22-2005 06:35 PM

No it doesn't there are better songs on their.

JeffT 09-22-2005 06:38 PM

Well that's an opinion, but I love the way Welcome Home is put together. And not that this is why I like it, but the video rules.
