A lot of their songs have no originality, but some of them do. Most of their songs do sound relatively the same.
I think AC/DC is the best. Yea their songs sometimes sound the same when you first listen to the song. But that is just the way they put their songs together; Intro, Verse, Pre Chorus, Chorus, Verse, Pre Chorus, Chorus, Solo, Chorus, End Song. But after you get into them its all good.
the songs have similarities but not that many works for the band y not stick to it u no i mean like its better to stick to what your good at instead of doing a metallica and going i want a bigger fan base

At least they are consistent, not always changing like Metallica going we want more fans. |

Yeah well, copying is the sincerist form of flattery.
On vinyl I have Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall, on cd I've got DSOTM, The Wall, WYWH, Animals, The Final Cut and The Division Bell.
I've also got the Aussie Pink Floyd's DVD somewhere.
WYWH is a great album. Is Aussie Pink Floyd that cover band? |
emmm yo can we stick to AC/DC not ****ing pink floyd
Sorry. I was wondering when someone would say that. So does anyone here have the single Dave Evans recorded?
Rippa32 better go to R&M Request/Upload thread for better results.
Actually I meant on a vinyl record.
Oh, I don't think that it was ever realeased on vinyl, expcept for maybe as a single.
Thats what I meant. He only ever released a single. It was Can I Sit Next to You Girl and on the B side it was Rockin in the Parlour. Its very rare.
Try the offical AC/DC fansite, go to the chatroom, those kids proably it.
How did you get Let There Be Rock? I have been trying to get that forever off of Amazon.com and it says it's still to be realeased.
Yeh, they're amazing. Don't worry AB/CD, its not as bad as over in the Sabbath thread when we get n00bs asking about Ozzy's solo band. // I ripped Fly on the Wall to my pooter earlier, it's an alright album. |
All of their songs sound exactly the same to me.
I agree. They're highly over-rated. |
I agree. They're highly over-rated.
The only way i think they are over rated is because you get all these little poser kids wearin their shirts so they can be cool. But you have to admit they have really good riffs. AC/DC kicks anis. they are my favorite band of all time. |
fly on the wall is a great album but not many people give it a chance becos of the crappy production which was done by angus and Malcolm
Can someone upload what they consider to be AC/DC'S rock masterpeice?
I want to hear their most epic song. You can upload it here: www.yousendit.com |
All of them are good. But why dont you just look for Let There Be Rock, itll be easy to find.
fly on the wall is a great album but not many people give it a chance becos of the crappy production which was done by angus and Malcolm
Danger Shake Your Foundations and Sink the Pink are the only songs i really like the rest are just ok |
Who produced Flick of the Switch?
Angus and Malcolm produced flick of the switch well i think it was all of AC/DC think it says it on the back
Has anyone also noticed the kinda crappy production of For Those About to Rock? You can hardly hear Brian's voice.
well i dont see how u worked that out becos the production on for those about to rock would probably be exactly the same as back in black becos it was mutt lange on both
phill rudd and angus are awsome. i don't no wut yur tokin about
Has anyone also noticed the kinda crappy production of For Those About to Rock? You can hardly hear Brian's voice.
he aint the gratest anyway. anyone who goes to see ac/dc go to see angus |
just let me say in advance that a lot of people will probably disagree with me on this but im kind of hypocritical on this so here i go....
AC/DC is a good band in the sense that they play catchy tunes that you can hear for the first time and sing along to or tap your foot to. but.... Thats because there songs a simple but good. AC/DC isnt all that great of musicians they've won people over simplicity and catchyness
Ac/Dc=PWNAGE But seriosly ac dc is one of the better 70's bands that actully had distortion aside from van halen....... |
