Yep, the DTXpress 4, which is cheaper but somehow the TD9 allures me.

Wow what the hell...I just got a quote for a Mapex Pro M kit with the sizes I was interested in. They want $1700.00 USD for it. I see similar Pro M 5 piece sets on MF and other big retailers for only $1150. I asked for much smaller shells and the price I get is insane, man so annoying.

Anyone ever heard of a jazz camp on Vancouver Island run by saxophonist Phil Dwyer? I was at a band festival this week and I got offered a scholarship to go there after our jazz band played. I need to get more information and stuff before I know whether I'll accept it or not, but my band teacher says its supposed to be really awesome. Just wondering if anyone here knew anything about it.

yeah so i finally decided to actually rip music onto my mp3 player that i'll listen to.

i had like 5 albums on there that i just rotated through because i never wanted to take the time ripping cd's, deleting albums on there, then transferring ripped cds.

but in the next little while i'm going to spend a bunch of time on the road or in hotel rooms all over the place, so i figure now's a good time to put good music on it.
