well it's just my opinion. at the moment, my favorite band is metallica. so yes, i would put metallica on top. but i usually change favorites every couple of months or so

You have a problem with Heath and Ian too?! (two of my "friends" who think Zeppelin is the greatest band ever, and that metal is random string playing with distortion). I have yet to hear a Zeppelin song that I'm truly impressed with, I like them, but I don't worship them, blah...

Obsessive Metallica fanboys can be irritating, but casual fans who know what they're talking about and talk about other things besides Metallica can be cool. Knowing about a band and liking it is not always a bad thing, but you gotta know when you've gone too far with it and started pissing people off..

Yeah. I get into a new band every few months (as in listen to every song they have, learn some of their history ect.) I was like that with Korn when I was.. 11 I beleive. I've matured much past Korn though, I can't really listen to 'em anymore.

I keep everything from my past... well most

I used to obsess over Linkin Park in like 8th grade.

I still ove Suicidal Tendencies, I still love a lot of the rap I used to listen to (J5, K-OS, Eminem, Wu-Tang, Def Squad, Beastie Boys, EPMD, MC Chris, Obie Trice, and Dr. Dre).

But right now, I'm into much heavier music, I still love Grey Daze over all, but they are't what I feel like listening to :-/
