I know that BMTH is easy to hate and all, but I can't listen to CYB and take it very seriously anymore. Everything just sounds so recycled and boring. I will admit however, that I used to get moderate enjoyment out of 'Medusa' and 'Black & Blue'.

I'm listening to it now just to see what the deal is.

They have a generic sound, but the riffs are great. The album's busy as hell, which is definitely something I look for. And Oli's vocals are freaking amazing.

Yeah these are way harsher than the new album.

I like how fast paced that album is.

This is decent, I still kinda prefer other stuff though.

Suicide Season is flat out bad dudes. Like, really really bad. Poorly written, stolen riffs, weak vocals, etc.

I've only heard two CYB songs and I think both had solos, one being that terrible solo in Medusa.

The solo in Medusa is like 5 seconds and no worse than any other cheesy, short metal, "is-this-a-lead-or-a-solo?"
