I saw Dillinger Escape Plan @ Soundwave in Melbourne this year and it was fantastic, easily one of the best live bands I've seen in ages.

Also love Poison the well 'Botchla' is such a good song.

i saw dillinger the week miss machine came out in a 200 person capacity bar and holy ****

Greg Puciato sang most of 43% burnt standing on my face and Brian Benoit tried to run up the amp and flip into the crowd but he slipped on sweat and instead smoked his face off of the amp and fell guitar-neck first into the crowd. It was brilliant.

Ah well. You can always to a road trip to some of the bigger shows, that would be fun.

road trips in general are always fun

if things go right, mini road trip may 6th to see clutch and maylene and than another mini road trip to the same venue may 7th to see GOV abysmal dawn and obscura. yaaay.

there are SO many shows that would be worth it, actually where i am. It's only 4-6 hours to most major cities, Chicago, St Louis, Omaha, trust me i've thought about it. It's a matter of work (time off) and money
